Shipping & Payment information

Shipping
We deliver as quickly as possible, orders placed before 17:00 hrs. are shipped via A-Post on the same day from Monday to Friday. In most cases, the parcels will be in your letterbox the following morning. High delivery speed is very important to us.

Shipping costs
For a limited time, we offer free delivery regardless of the order value. We reserve the right to change these conditions and will update our shipping policy accordingly.

We only ship within Switzerland and only to persons over 18 years of age. All products are 100% legal in Switzerland and can be sent by Swiss Post

Collection
We offer collection on site at our office location in Gordola, by appointment only. Please refer to our contact page to make an appointment.

Packaging
We always choose environmentally friendly filling material and recycled cardboard whenever possible. If you have any feedback regarding the packaging we will be happy to hear your comments.

Complaints
We ask the customer to check the delivered goods immediately, at the latest, however, within 7 working days after receipt of the goods and to report any defects immediately by e-mail (incl. photo) to support@theAlpine.farm. The customer is obliged to return the goods within this period. After this period has expired, returns are no longer possible.

Undeliverable or no collection
If delivery of your order is unsuccessful doe to an error on your part or is not collected by the customer, a handling fee of CHF 15 will be charged. A new shipment will only be made after receipt of payment and correction of the shipping address. Alpine Company SA can dissolve the contract after notifying the customer by email and setting a reasonable deadline.

Other delivery conditions
All products which are available in our warehouses are delivered as soon as possible. We ship via Swiss Post within 24 hours of purchase, except in special cases.
Any products which are not in stock in our warehouses shall be delivered according to their availability and within a maximum period of 3 to 5 days. The customer will be advised immediately if there is a stock issue.
We do not provide partial delivery without prior agreement, an additional shipping fee may be required.
In the event that one of the products ordered cannot be delivered within the 5 days indicated, the relevant order will be automatically cancelled and its price credited to the customer’s account using the same payment method used by the customer within 5 days and an e-mail will be sent informing the customer of the crediting.

The product(s) shall be delivered to the address indicated by the purchaser.
The delivery times indicated on theAlpine.farm website are merely indicative. Alpine Company SA and theAlpine.farm actively endeavour to comply with the indicated delivery time, however, failure to do so does not lead to automatic cancellation of the order or, on the part of the purchaser, to the emergence of a right to return payment by Alpine Company SA and theAlpine.farm of a penalty payment for late or delayed delivery.

 

Payment options

You can pay for your orders via TWINT, Postfinace Card, Postfinance e-banking, Bank transfer or Cash.

TWINT
Open the TWINT app on your smartphone, scan the QR code and, in a second step, release the amount on your mobile phone. The innovative Swiss payment solution is simple and straightforward.

Postfinance Card
In the payment area you enter the ID number which is on the back of the PostFinance Card. Then you enter the card number from the front. From CHF 500 (limit per transaction and month), you also need the personal PIN of your card and the card reader. The amount will be debited directly from your account.

Postfinance e-banking
You must already have an e-finance (e-banking) contract with PostFinance.

You log in with your e-finance number, password, PIN + code from the card reader and pay. If you have several accounts with Postfinance, you can select the desired account from the list after logging in.

All you have to do is enter our account number: 15-708519-3 and the total amount, the company name and address will be entered automatically.

Prepayment
If you choose prepayment, we will send you an invoice by e-mail. We ask you to make the payment promptly via e-banking and to use only the account details provided as per the payment slip.

You transfer the amount due to us and your goods will be sent to you immediately after receipt of payment. You can send us a screenshot of your online banking order and we will send the goods on the same working day.
You have a 30-day payment period. If no payment is received within this period, your order will be deleted and cancelled by us.

We offer collection on site at our office location in Gordola, by appointment only. Please refer to our contact page to make an appointment.

Further information
The customer can use the payment methods indicated in the order process. Alpine farm reserves the right to exclude customers from individual payment options or to insist on payment in advance without giving reasons.
In the event of late payment by the customer, Alpine farm may charge interest on arrears of 5% per year and a reminder fee of a maximum of CHF 15 per reminder. The products delivered to the customer remain the property of Alpine farm until full payment has been made.
